Class Overview
Overview:
This class is designed for students who have received formal instruction and may have some tournament experience. It’s suited for players with US Chess ratings under 600 or online ratings under 1000.
Course Goals:
Upon completing the intermediate course, students will play at the level of a US Chess-rated 600+ player. They will develop a solid understanding of chess strategy and tactics, building on foundational skills to confidently improve their game.

Class meets weekly on the designated day, at the designated time, and in the designated location listed above.
Class consisist of learning and play time.
Students may join class immediately upon completion of online registration.

$30 one-time fee for students joining the classes for the first time. Includes:

Students may join during an ongoing month at a prorated fee. Simply enroll now!
Make-Up Classes:
While students are expected to attend classes chosen at the time of registration, we understand that things come up. If a student must miss a scheduled class, they may notify CCC staff and attend a different day of the equivalent class. Make up classes must be scheduled the week leading up to, or the week just after the missed class.
