WEDNESDAY ACTION QUADS
The CCC will conduct a "quad" US Chess rated tournament open to all adult players, as well as scholastic (K-12) players with US Chess ratings 800+. Quads, which group players by their skill level, are a great way to ensure closer matchups for a more fun and competitive challenge. Opportunity to play 3 regular rated games in one night!
HOW IT WORKS
Players must register weekly and in advance
3 rated games every Wednesday night
Each evening will be limited to the first 60 players to register
Entries are first registered, first served
Quads are open to all adult players
Quads are open to scholastic players (K-12) rated 800+

Quads - players are placed into groups of 4 by their most recent "live" US Chess regular rating to help ensure that students get close matchups.
$30 to the winner of each quad; $35 for perfect 3-0 score
G/25; Increment 5
US Chess Regular Rated
Each player receives 25 minutes plus a 5 second bonus each move to complete each game
CCC Members Rated 2000+: Free Entry ($15 deducted from any prize)

Quad players are not permitted to withdraw mid-event. Forfeiters will not be able to enter future CCC events.
