THOMAS SMITH

Thomas, originally from Gastonia, North Carolina, is a dedicated chess player with a deep love for the game, which he first discovered in the second grade. He graduated from Western Carolina University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Law. After a decade in banking, Thomas retooled his skills to become a software developer and now thrives as a freelancer in the tech industry.
