Bob is retired and spends his days at home in Monroe, NC, studying and playing chess, to further his knowledge and skills. At the age of eight, he was introduced to chess through games played by friends of similar age. His passion for chess has led him to introduce it to many people throughout his life. Through the years, he has participated in tournaments and different chess clubs. He takes every chance he has to play and study the game.
