OVERVIEW
The PAC Championship is a team-based championship that features schools in the Presidents' Athletic League. This is an unrated tournament with multiple trophies awarded.

Must be a student in a PAC school.
Must be in grades 4th-8th
FORMAT
4 rounds (games)
No eliminations – all players will play 4 rounds win, lose, or draw
Time “Control” – G/20, delay 5
SCHEDULE
Check-In: 9:15am - 9:45am
Round 1: 10:00am
Round 2: 11:00am
Lunch Break: until 12:30pm
Round 3: 12:30pm
Round 4: 1:30pm
Awards: 2:45pm

REGISTRATION
Coaches should send a tentative list of students planning to attend by January 31 students will then check in on site. Send to: dmyers@charlottelabschool.org
The check in procedure: arrive between 9:15am-9:45am and let the tournament director know you are present.
The director will then will officially enroll your team into the tournament.
FAQ
How are team scores calculated?
The top 4 scorers from the same school contribute toward the team score.
How are students paired?
Because of the team element, students from the same school will not be paired unless absolutely necessary.
Do I need to bring equipment?
No, all equipment will be provided.
Do I need to bring lunch?
Students should pack a lunch or parents should be prepared to make a lunch run after round 2.
Is the tournament elimination?
No. Students will play all 4 schedules games whether they win, lose, or draw.
How does scoring work?
Students get 1 point for a win, 0.5 for a draw, and 0.0 for a loss. They will play 4 games so the max score per individual is 4 points.

Free parking in front of school.
There will be parent seating areas during play.
