The final Sunday Afternoon Classical of the month was held on January 28, 2024 at the Charlotte Chess Center's North location. SAC is a rated event held every Sunday afternoon in which participants play one USCF-rated game per week. A total of 65 players took part in SAC this month, 30 of whom played in the final round.

Top section: NM Advaith Karthik, Sidney Petersen
U1300: Alex Sedlock, Carlene Pyne, Kushal Kotturu, Nichol Garrison, Paksh Gupta, Deepak Vellattu, Harith Hmimda, Jayan Medvin, Imhotep Collins, and Noel Zachariah
Across all rounds, the two players who finished with the most points this month were Axiao Yao and Alex Sedlock in the U1300 section, who each received 3 points across the four weeks. Additionally, Carlene Pyne, Anjali Clapp, and Kushal Kotturu each played two games this month and won both of them. In the Top section, no player received three points, with Yeider Villa and Sujan Maddipati tying atop the standings with 2/2.
