Junior Master Chess Camps are camps designed especially for students starting chess for the first time or those with limited knowledge beyond the basics.

*Students may choose to enroll in multiple camps. Within every camp there are groups by levels. Students will have the ability to move up levels within the camps*

Junior Masters Camps Are Best For:
Students who have only played chess at home
Students who have not competed in a formal tournament
Children between the ages of 5-12

Students New to Chess will Learn: Piece Movement, Board Set-up, Basic Rules, Checkmating Patterns, and more!
Students Who Have Played will Learn: Tactics, Strategies, Opening Principles, Advanced Checkmating Patterns, Chess History, and much more!
Students should pack lunch daily.
The CCCSA will not provide lunch to students. All students will have an assigned table for the week. Students will eat lunch at their assigned table.

The CCCSA has a 2500 sq ft facility. We are limiting each camp at 20 students. There will be plenty of freeflow and spacing for the children and instructors.
